Bellingham Pasta Company was started in 2008 by two partners who share a passion for food. Katie Hinton and Anna Rankin were born and raised in Portland, Oregon where we had the opportunity to purchase fresh pasta as often as we liked. With limited local options we decided to take matters into our own hands.... literally. We came to realize that no neighborhood, town or county should be without a fresh pasta provider.
Bellingham Pasta Company was founded in response to the public's growing interest for healthy gourmet food. Consumers are increasingly excited about fresh pasta given its superior quality and nutritional value, as well as its ease of preparation. Our dream has always been to deliver a fresh, quality product at an affordable price. We are proud to provide the community with a product that is not only comforting on long winter evenings but is also wonderful for warm summer gatherings.
In the summer of 2010 we invited Nikki Williamson to join us as a new partner to bring you The Table, a restaurant and retail shop located in the heart of downtown Bellingham.
